We Have Once Again Been Named Tatra banka's Best Supplier
Tatra banka annually organizes the Tatra banka Top Supplier Day event, during which it awards its partners for successful cooperation in the Customer Experience and Employee Experience categories. For the year 2023, SOFTEC won first place in the Customer Experience (CX) category for the project "Monitoring a Loan Application in a Mobile Application." This functionality allows Tatra banka clients to monitor the progress of their mortgage loan application in real time via a mobile application.
The award results from voting by more than 900 Tatra banka employees, with the final selection made by the board of directors. We see this success as a confirmation of the quality of our work and our ability to bring innovative solutions that improve the customer experience.
The project "Monitoring a Loan Application in a Mobile Application" gives Tatra banka clients the opportunity to continuously monitor the status of their mortgage loan application, see all the steps the application goes through, and get an overview of the loan's parameters. This functionality increases the transparency of the loan process and provides clients with important information, enhancing their overall experience when interacting with the bank.
Our cooperation with Tatra banka is long-term and based on a partnership approach. We collaborate on several activities and processes across various segments of the bank. We are proud to contribute to the modernization and improvement of banking services for one of the most important and innovative banks in the Slovak market.
