SOFTEC AND PRECAUTIONS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

24. March 2020

The health of our business partners and employees is our number one concern. Therefore, starting from March 9, 2020, we have enacted several safety measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Currently, more than 98% of our employees are working remotely and using home office. Our office premises are used only for essential functions and are regularly disinfected.

SECURING THE QUALITY OF SOFTEC SERVICES

In addition to protecting the health and well-being of our clients and employees, Softec’s top priority is to continue to meet our business commitments. As part of our existing contingency planning, we have implemented systems and procedures while ensuring continuity and the minimization of any failures.

All of our divisions have secure access to remote work technologies, with secure access to their applications and tools as well as necessary data. We are fully prepared to communicate and collaborate electronically, therefore protecting the health of not only our team but of yours as well; we are restricting all personal meetings except for acute interventions and personal delivery of our solutions, where our employees will be using all available protective equipment.

INFORMATION AND GUIDELINES

We have restricted the entry of visitors to Softec’s premises in Bratislava, Prague, Žilina and Prievidza. You can contact us at our phone numbers or e-mails available on our website: https://www.softec.sk/kontakt/

However, we encourage you to get in touch with your SOFTEC contact person directly at any time during working hours by e-mail or phone.

Please give preference to the electronic delivery of documents. If you urgently need to use mail or courier services, please take into consideration that there may be a delay.

We will be grateful for your cooperation in carrying out remote activities between our teams and your teams so that we can continue to work smoothly.

We will try to react to the evolving situation and inform you as quickly as possible, always keeping in mind our clients and employees.

We will, of course, consult with you if necessary.

While we are aware that these measures can cause complications, we had to implement them for the sake of health protection.

We are keeping our fingers crossed that we will come out of this situation healthier, more resilient and more experienced.

Thank you very much for your understanding,

Peter Morávek
