OVB Agent portal

The Agent Portal is a standalone web application designed to support the daily business activities of more than 2,000 OVB Allfinanz Slovensko associates. It gives users easy access to the information they need for their work. As the system is available through a standard web browser, it can be deployed on a wide scale. Its responsive design also allows it to be used across common devices, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones.

The OVB Agent Portal offers a broad range of features, including CRM, an LMS module and comprehensive client financial analysis. It provides OVB Allfinanz Slovensko associates with easy access to client information and a complete 360-degree view of each client, including concluded contracts.

The system also supports the organisation of meetings, ongoing client servicing and the recording of notes during client consultations. To help sales team managers plan and manage campaigns, the application includes tools for creating positive and negative client selections, as well as monitoring and evaluating campaign performance.

The LMS module within the Agent Portal provides comprehensive support for the education and training of OVB associates. It is primarily used to manage and offer personalised training courses, assess course completion across individual financial sectors and notify users when renewal deadlines are approaching.

The LMS module is integrated with the open-source Moodle platform, which is mainly used to deliver and play training courses in SCORM format.
