PROSIGHT: Commission-Career System

The commission-career system MAKLER operated in the PROSIGHT environment is a robust system that was created, customized, and delivered exactly according to the needs and requirements of PROSIGHT. 

The commission-career system MAKLER comprehensively supports monthly commission and career processes within PROSIGHT. This category includes processing contract proposals, calculating and managing commissions including account management, product management, management of collaborators and their hierarchy, client and contract management, debt records, competition evaluations, and more. 

The calculation of the commission amount is determined by the contract parameters. For each collaborator, so-called personal commissions are calculated, i.e., commissions for the collaborator who concluded the respective contract, and so-called team (differential) commissions for supervisors. The commission calculation itself is always based on the commission scheme of the given product and the commission level of the collaborator's position. The commission calculation can be done by conversion to points and their price level or more directly as a percentage of the contract value, e.g., annual premium.

The system is managed by metadata (parameters, system of code lists and control entities), which gives it flexibility and allows for high operational autonomy. The MAKLER system's user interface standardly offers the option to export data to MS Excel, XML, and TXT. 

A major benefit of the MAKLER commission-career system is the ability to create custom list windows (user reports), which, in combination with export to MS Excel, provide users with very broad possibilities for creating various reports and statistics. This feature is especially useful for ad-hoc requests for specific outputs. Working with the MAKLER application supports advanced searching, sorting, and filtering. User-created filters can be saved and revisited in the same form at any time.
