How does it work?

The Softec RPS product is used for operative performance management, identification of hidden reserves and creation of a transparent and uniform system of work. In order to manage a sales network it is essential to have detailed and timely information about daily activities of sales agents: about addressed clients, attended meetings, proposed offers, obtained recommendations, etc.

The product thus collects data regarding activities of the sales network and makes it accessible to agents in the easy-to-view form of an agent diary. The agent diary is the basic view suitable for planning, collecting and prompt presentation of data about the agent’s daily activities.

The results are presented in the form of tables and graphs. In addition to absolute values, recalculating in percentages of planned values as well as indicators of up-to-date development of monitored agent’s values are of course included.
